Dana is a partner based in our Hong Kong office and global Co-Chair of our Korea Group. She focuses on cross-border and regional Asian disputes, with nearly 15 years of experience advising clients on arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution—particularly in the technology, energy, finance and construction sectors. She is the firm’s relationship partner for several major Korean conglomerates and regularly contributes to the Korean legal community. Dana partnered with the Korea Women Attorneys’ Association on a pro bono global review of child support laws that supported legislative reform, and she founded the annual Women in Arbitration event as part of Seoul ADR Festival. Dana is bilingual in English and Korean, and holds leadership roles including Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of KCAB NEXT and Rapporteur of KCAB’s Women’s Interest Committee. She also serves on the ICC Korea International Arbitration Committee, the Korean Council for International Arbitration, and the Korea In-House Counsel Association advisory board.
