Chiara Dellacasa is a lawyer who has gained significant experience in matters related to intellectual property, with particular reference to the media and entertainment sector. She provides assistance to various categories of operators active in the audio-visual sector (film and audio-visual producers, broadcasters, distributors, operators, authors, digital publishers and web agencies) and to some trade associations; she has a transversal knowledge of the audio-visual entertainment sector.

She regularly assists operators taking care of all the legal aspects related to: creation, exploitation, distribution and promotion of audio-visual works (cinema, television, web, documentary, animation); sources of financial coverage of the productions, with particular reference to the different forms of incentives and benefits foreseen by national, regional and international regulations and to the relative announcements; national and international co-productions; copyright management and associated plus relations with collecting societies; interpretation and application of regulations and industry legislation.

Chiara also has experience in the theatre, music and online publishing sectors and in the digital and new technologies sector.
