Charlotte van Meer is General Counsel and a member of the executive committee at AkzoNobel, where she leads the group’s global legal and compliance function. She re-joined AkzoNobel in early 2024 after serving in senior legal leadership roles, such as Head of Legal for Europe, Middle-East, Africa. Her responsible as GC include corporate governance, regulatory engagement, compliance and oversight of legal risk across the company’s international operations, working closely with the board and executive leadership.
