She is currently acting and has acted in a number of novel and high-profile cases involving fraud, often where that fraud also involves a breach of duty by a fiduciary. Charlotte is also particularly experienced in acting in high-value contentious trusts litigation, both onshore and offshore. She is currently acting in the Wong litigation (thought to be one of the largest ever trust disputes in the common law world) and in a number of exceptionally high-value cases in offshore jurisdictions. She also appears as specialist chancery counsel in matrimonial proceedings in the Family Division. Her legal writing has been published in Trusts & Trustees.
