Charles McFarland is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Charles has tried several dozen jury trials of condemnation cases and handled hundreds of administrative hearings.

Career

Charles started his practice at Vinson & Elkins LLP in its condemnation practice group. After making partner, Charles left to start his own practice focusing exclusively on representing landowners in eminent domain matters.
