Chuck Curtis has counseled and litigated for more than 40 years in diverse areas of the law, including constitutional, appellate, administrative, antitrust, intellectual property, environmental and natural resource, Native American, distribution, political, and general commercial law. Chuck has advocated for clients before legislative bodies, administrative agencies, and in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
