Career

Charles is a recognized leader in real estate law and real estate finance. He teaches both real estate law and real estate finance as a member of the adjunct faculty of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is also a former adjunct faculty member of Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. A renowned speaker, Charles has also lectured at legal and real estate trade group seminars on leasing, financing, and a variety of other real estate topics. Cleveland Jewish News recognized Charles in its 2020 class of Difference Makers for his involvement in the Northeast Ohio community.
