César Espert Rodríguez is a Partner at EJASO, specializing in corporate and contractual law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, innovative business, and technology transfer projects. He has a broad experience in advising tech companies and venture capital funds specialized in deep tech and tech transfer. He also provide legal advise to public universities and public institutes in transferring their knowledge to spin-offs.
