Ceinwen’s proficiency in tax and structuring is notably broad, enabling her to provide sophisticated advice to investment fund managers across their life cycles, from fundraising, carried interest and co-invest to deployment and eventual realisation.
Ceinwen has a particular focus on strategic transactions undertaken at the level of the fund manager and works with clients to prepare themselves for these liquidity events as well as on the structuring and implementation of such transactions. She also works with clients to navigate HMRC enquiries arising in this space, especially around UK partnership issues and carried interest.
