Cedric Kinschots is an integral part of the firm’s Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Public Utilities and Securities Regulation practices.
Cedric joined the firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2026.
Over the past fourteen years, he has developed a distinguished track record advising on some of the most significant and complex financial transactions in Panama and across international markets.
Cedric has worked extensively advising public and private clients, as well as leading local and international financial institutions, in the financing of key energy and infrastructure projects. His recent experience includes transactions in the airport, transportation, ports and electricity generation sectors.
Cedric has also acted on capital markets and securitization transactions, recently advising international underwriters in connection with the Republic of Panama’s public offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kinschots worked as an attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York in the areas of M&A and corporate finance.
He also worked for Allen & Overy LLP in Belgium as a support lawyer focusing in banking and finance.
