Mr. Kinschots has worked extensively advising public and private clients, as well as leading local and international financial institutions, in the financing of key energy and infrastructure projects. His recent experience includes transactions in the airport, transportation, ports and electricity generation sectors.
Mr. Kinschots has also acted on capital markets and securitization transactions, recently advising international underwriters in connection with the Republic of Panama’s public offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kinschots worked as an attorney for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York in the areas of M&A and corporate finance.
He also worked for Allen & Overy LLP in Belgium as a support lawyer focusing in banking and finance.
Cedric Kinschots has been an international associate of the firm since 2012.
