Catherine has extensive experience representing public companies and their officers and directors in actions arising under federal and state securities laws. Most recently, Catherine secured dismissals of two federal securities class actions following the initial motion to dismiss.

Catherine represents technology companies, including Fortune 100 companies, in regulatory and internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud, bribery and corruption, and whistleblower matters throughout the world. She has secured favorable results for companies in investigations brought by the U.S. SEC, the U.S. DOJ and the World Bank.
