She acts both for individuals and also for families in complex fatal claims. She has recently achieved success in a novel and complicated case which went to proof in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court.

She is hardworking and committed to achieving the best results for her clients through what is often the most difficult time of their life, being sensitive to both the client’s needs and also to delivering practical advice to ensure that settlements can be secured even in difficult circumstances.

Carrie plays a lead role in training junior and newly qualified team members, including developing their knowledge of available technologies to improve efficiencies in case management.
