Caroline Derache is recognized for her substantial experience in handling complex international legal matters, with a particular emphasis on aviation claims and product liability. Prior to joining HMN & Partners, where she practiced for more than thirteen years, Caroline began her career at the international law firm Baker McKenzie.
Caroline advises a diverse range of clients, including CAC 40 companies, leading insurers, and French businesses operating abroad, notably in the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.
Caroline has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007. She holds an LLM from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade.
She is actively involved in professional organizations, serving on the executive committee of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS).
