Her clients – global and U.S. companies and attorneys – rely on her for practical advice on complex pension law and fiduciary problems. Carol advises global employers on U.S. and cross-border employee benefits matters and represents clients from multinational to local companies, non-profits, universities, and individuals in matters such as designing, establishing, and operating benefit plans, implementing policies and procedures to reduce fiduciary litigation risk, and related tax implications.
