Carlos Eduardo Medellín Becerra has more than 30 years of professional experience in the public sector, highlighting his performance as Director of the National Institute of Radio and Television (INRAVISION), Legal Director of the Presidency of Colombia, Minister of Justice and Law, Ambassador to Colombia before the United Kingdom, Deputy Judge of the Council of State, Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce, and his teachings at renowned universities such as: University of Rosario, Externado University, College of Higher Administration Studies, among others.
