Carlo focuses on international arbitration and complex cross-border litigation representing large multinational companies in international investment and commercial arbitrations and complex litigation with parties of different nationalities. His litigation practice involves matters in the infrastructure, energy, mining, telecommunications, and construction industries, including corporate disputes and disputes with regulatory agencies.
