Attorney Carlo Ginevra deals with consultancy and litigation, with a focus on patents, trademarks and other distinctive signs, designs, unfair competition, advertising, communication and commercial practices, antitrust, agreements on industrial cooperation and technology transfer, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, protection of know-how.

He is among the members of the editorial board of the journal Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale, founded by Adriano Vanzetti.

He is a member of EPLAW – European Patent Lawyers Association, AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) – Italian Group and Chamber of Industrial Lawyers.

Career

He graduated in 1997 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, has been a lawyer since 2000 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2013; he has taken part in numerous arbitrations, and is also as an arbitrator.

Since 2012 he has been part of the teaching staff of the Master in Intellectual Property Law , organized by Just Legal Services – Legal training school.
