Carlijn Tjoa

Practice Areas

Carlijn Tjoa specialises in complex corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes. She represents shareholders in squeeze-out and exit proceedings and has extensive experience in inquiry proceedings before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber. Her practice also covers corporate governance disputes. In addition, Carlijn has significant experience in directors’ liability litigation, acting for both claimants and defendants. She regularly handles disputes concerning misleading prospectuses and financial reporting, acting for individual clients as well as groups of bondholders and (institutional) investors.
