Carley Wilson is from the UK where she worked as a qualified UK lawyer for over 10 years.

Carley advises on matters regarding employment law, including international terms of employment. She also advises on compensation & benefits as well as sports law, including agreements on employment or other forms of affiliation with sports clubs.

With 17 years in the field, Carley has extensive experience in global mobility and assisting Danish companies hiring employees from abroad. In addition, she also supports Danish companies hiring employees in other European countries as well as the USA, South America and Asia in collaboration with our international network ELLint. Carley has also advised on Brexit-related employment matters.

Carley advises on remuneration packages and assists in drafting personnel policies. In addition, Carley has previously worked with employee relations in connection with tenders, outsourcing operational tasks and other forms of business transfer.

In the UK, she handled cases on unfair dismissal, holiday pay, discrimination including pregnancy, maternity leave, disability and age amongst others. This has included advising both employers and employees.
