Carla Lopez has focused her practice on the areas of Capital Markets, Banking, Commercial and Intellectual Property Law. She is an expert in law and financial regulation, which has allowed her to advise local and multinational companies, as well as banking and financial institutions, in the drafting of securities issuance contracts, due diligence processes, among others.

In the Intellectual Property area and as leader of the practice group, Carla manages high-profile brands, in everything related to trademark applications, copyright, licensing, and trademark searches.
