Galindo, Arias & López capital markets practice group, renown for being a hands-on and accessible team, focuses primarily on public offerings of both debt and equity securities and regulatory compliance. 

The team is able to handle the entire scope of the public offering transaction, from development of strategy and legal structure to drafting contracts and other corporate documents, filing of said documents before local government agencies, and managing the progress of the offering in the Panamanian Stock Market Superintendency. 

The team also possess extensive expertise in ensuring compliance with applicable local regulations and is knowledgeable in all procedures applicable filings to be made before Panamanian regulatory institutions.  In this area, GALA represents several brokerage firms such as Mercantil Capital Markets (Panamá), S.A. and BAC Valores Panamá, S.A., as well as public companies including issuers.

The capital markets team works hand-in-hand with GALA´s larger Banking and Financing group, which gives our capital markets team a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the financial market as well as access to additional resources.
