Carl Rosenblum counsels and advises clients with operations onshore and on the Outer Continental Shelf in the Gulf of Mexico. For more than three decades, he has represented independent producers, major producers, pipeline companies, oilfield service companies, seismic exploration companies, oil and gas management companies, financial institutions, and significant landowners.
Carl has handled hundreds of disputes concerning the rights and obligations of parties to joint operating agreements, oil and gas leases, royalty matters, exploration agreements, gas purchase contracts, drilling contracts, pipeline right-of-way agreements, farmout agreements, gas balancing agreements, and seismic permitting and exploration agreements.
