She has led M&A operations, estate planning, corporate and tax planning, corporate recovery, mediation and arbitration processes, and resolution of business and corporate conflicts. She graduated in Law from the Law School of Recife - UFPE. She has MBA in Business Law and in Financial Management, Controllership and Audit, both by Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV. She attended the Compliance training program of LEC - Legal Ethics Compliance. She is member of the Special Parliamentary Committee to prepare the Anticorruption Law of Pernambuco.
She is member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration of Brazil (CAMARB). Co-founder of the Augment project, to support and encourage small and medium businesses focused on high performance.
