Callum Sussex

Practice Areas

In his relatively short career as a Graduate Apprentice Solicitor, Callum is fast building a reputation as an education lawyer in the further and higher education sector. Callum has represented clients in internal university procedures, assisted on detailed and complex litigation and advocacy in both internal procedures and in the County Court. Callum's professional attitude to his work sits well with his attention to detail and his care and compassion for his clients. Callum is a valuable member of the Education Law Team at NBB Law.

Career

University of Birmingham LLB 2:1 and currently completing the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with a view to taking the SQE in 2026. Callum has had legal exposure with The Wilkes Partnership; Court Collaboration where he had some experience with high value property development contract negotiations; and Irwin Mitchell where Callum worked on international medical negligence and international personal injury.

Personal

Callum is an avid sportsman, currently the Vice Captain of Harborne Rugby Club. He also plays for Greater Birmingham Rugby and is a Cricketer for Alsager Cricket Club. Captained the Holdsworth Club football team.
