Career

BC Yoon is the co-head of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice. He is currently a court member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He has also previously served as a Court Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Mr. Yoon is on the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators designated by the Republic of Korea and on the panel of arbitrators of SIAC, HKIAC and KCAB. Before joining Kim & Chang in 1992, he was a Judge at the Seoul Court.
