Career

Mr. Essary has been representing health care facilities and individual providers in Tennessee for more than 30 years. His practice focuses on the representation of hospitals and other health care facilities, and he has represented hospitals ranging from 600-bed regional health care centers to 50-bed community hospitals, in cases from pre-suit investigation through appeal. Mr. Essary also regularly represents individual health care providers, from physicians to social workers to counselors to therapists and to individual nurses. He has tried numerous cases on virtually any health care-related issue, primarily for professional negligence in almost every county in Tennessee and in other states.
