Bryan Glinton is a founding partner of Glinton Sweeting O’Brien, its Managing Partner. Bryan is also Chair of the firm’s Private Client and Estate Planning Group, Co-Chair of the Resort Development Group and Co-Chair of the Tax Group. He specialises in corporate law but his practice also encompasses estate planning, the structuring and use of financial products, property development and acquisitions and taxation. Bryan acts for institutional investors, private individuals, developers, financial institutions, international law firms and accounting firms on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and financial services, with a keen focus on the most efficient means of undertaking projects in The Bahamas.

Bryan started his legal career as a financial services lawyer in the United States specialising in corporate tax, banking and securities.
