Practice Areas
Bruno Quentin is a partner in Gide's "litigation" team in Paris.
His areas of expertise cover pre-litigation and litigation activities, as well as business criminal law and commercial litigation. He assists both corporate entities and individuals before all criminal, civil and commercial courts and before financial regulators. He assists his clients in mediations organised to settle complex, high-stakes disputes. He also advises on criminal tax law and anti-corruption (setting up anti-corruption programmes, risk analysis, internal investigations), and on adapting companies to the duty of care.
He handles cases involving stock market litigation, company law, banking and finance, liability and press law. He has also defended the interests of individuals implicated in the exercise of their public and political functions (ministers before the Court of Justice of the Republic, members of Parliament, presidents of local authorities).
Bruno was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995.
