Experience
Bruno Muzzi is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, venture capital, and real estate transactions. He has worked at some of the most prominent law firms in the country and has advised both Brazilian and international clients across a wide range of industries. His extensive transactional practice includes structuring and negotiating complex corporate and commercial deals, particularly in the real estate and investment sectors. In addition to his legal work, Bruno has a strong background in anti-corruption compliance, having led the implementation of integrity programmes and conducted internal corporate investigations. His solid practical expertise is supported by academic training in Brazil and abroad.
Bruno holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Duke University Law School (USA), an MBA in Economic and Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and postgraduate degrees in Real Estate Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and in Notarial and Registry Law from the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies (IBEST). He earned his law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco.
