Labour Law

Focuses on advisory, litigation, and administrative areas, both in preventive and litigation matters, across various business sectors. Represents clients before the Regional Secretariat for Labour and Employment, Labour Courts, and the Public Ministry of Labour. The work includes strategy definition, preparation of legal theses, due diligence, reports, opinions, judicial and extrajudicial agreements, permit lifting, and all other routines related to labour litigation, advisory, and administrative matters.

Bianca Dias is a lawyer with 27 years of experience in corporate labour law. She has worked at some of the best and largest law firms in the country, across different states of the Federation, and has also been part of the internal legal teams of national and multinational companies in various sectors, appearing before several Regional Labour Courts in Brazil. Her practical knowledge is complemented by continued study, having completed a master’s and a doctorate degree in Labour Law, a field she has been involved in since before her undergraduate studies.

Bianca Dias holds an undergraduate degree, a master’s degree, and a doctorate in Labour Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
