She has worked at some of the best and largest law firms in the country, across different states of the Federation, and has also been part of the internal legal teams of national and multinational companies in various sectors, appearing before several Regional Labour Courts in Brazil. Her practical knowledge is complemented by continued study, having completed a master’s and a doctorate degree in Labour Law, a field she has been involved in since before her undergraduate studies.
Bianca Dias holds an undergraduate degree, a master’s degree, and a doctorate in Labour Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
