As equally, he specializes in energy and infrastructure and public procurement and his practice also extends to banking and finance and dispute resolution, where he regularly participates in financial restructuring operations of debtors with assets in Croatia.

Career

Branko joined ODI in 2010 and was promoted to partner in Slovenian (2014) and Croatian (2015) office.

Branko is the Regional Head of ODI Real Estate Group and head of ODI Italian Desk. He is a dual qualified lawyer and is licensed by the Slovenian and Croatian Bar.
