Practice Areas
Brad is Co-Chair of the firm’s Secondaries and Liquidity Solutions Practice. He focuses his practice on representing institutional investors in connection with their alternative asset investment programs, including primary investments, co-investments and secondary investments in private investment funds. In particular, Brad has nearly two decades of deep experience representing buyers, sellers and fund sponsors in the growing secondary market, including representing both buyers and sellers in ‘traditional’ secondary transactions and sponsors and investors in GP-led fund restructurings and other complex structured secondaries.
Brad regularly represents secondary funds and other funds of funds, endowments, pensions, private foundations, and family offices in investing in private investment funds, both in primary and secondary transactions, as well as in their review of co-investment opportunities alongside lead private equity sponsors. Brad’s experience on the investor / buyer side in private investment fund matters affords him with a unique awareness and understanding of what’s “market” in primary, secondary and co-investment transactions.
