Bradley Croft is President of Ruberto, Israel & Weiner, P.C. and Chair of its Executive Committee and Litigation Department. With thirty years of experience as a trial attorney, he focuses on complex business litigation, including matters involving construction, real estate, partnership disputes, and general commercial law. Brad has successfully represented clients before judges, juries, and arbitration panels in Massachusetts and Connecticut, and has argued and won appeals before both the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court. Recently, Brad secured a multi-million-dollar judgment under the Massachusetts Prompt Payment Act, the first time that law was enforced by a Massachusetts court. He subsequently successfully argued the appeal and the case is now settled law in Massachusetts.
A recognized leader in litigation and construction law, Brad was named a 2022 Lawyer of the Year by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for two landmark decisions he argued and won. He was selected as the 2015 Massachusetts Construction Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America and has been named a Best Lawyer in America annually since 2014.
