Bojana Vareskic

Bojana Vareskic is a disputes lawyer with extensive experience in complex national and international litigation and arbitration. She advises and represents multinational and domestic clients in high-value and strategically sensitive disputes before Austrian courts and arbitral tribunals.

She heads the Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice at Jank Weiler Operenyi | Deloitte Legal Austria. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including financial litigation, corporate and contractual disputes, liability claims and disputes arising from large-scale and regulated projects. She is experienced in coordinating multi-jurisdictional litigation strategies in close cooperation with foreign counsel.

Before joining Jank Weiler Operenyi | Deloitte Legal Austria she worked in leading international legal environments, such as in Brussels, Croatia and at a top-tier international law firm in Vienna. She is admitted to the bar in Austria and is registered as a European lawyer in Croatia. Bojana studied law, economics and slavistics at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz and furthered her professional education through executive and advanced courses at the Harvard University. She regularly publishes and holds lectures in civil (procedural) law matters.
