Career

Julia Schuster is a highly experienced disputes lawyer, advising clients on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, dispute management, and insolvency matters. She regularly represents domestic and multinational clients in high-value disputes, including corporate, contractual, and creditor-side insolvency proceedings. Her work often involves cross-border elements, allowing her to apply both Austrian and international law in complex cases.

She also has substantial experience defending auditors and tax advisors in regulatory and liability matters, providing practical and commercially oriented advice. Julia began her career at a leading Austrian law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in contentious matters across commercial, corporate, and insolvency law.

Julia further enhanced her international expertise by completing an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration at NYU School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Austria and New York, USA, enabling her to manage cross-jurisdictional disputes effectively.
