Mr. Bo Kyung Lim is a partner at Shin & Kim. As an attorney and patent attorney qualified to practice in Korea, Mr. Lim specializes in the areas of intellectual property and IT-related laws. More specifically, Mr. Lim has extensive litigation experience involving patent rights, trademark rights and copyright and has regularly advised clients on traditional and newly emerging IP and IT related matters. In addition, Mr. Lim has represented litigants in many significant product liability cases.
