Björn Nykvist is a partner in HPP’s Transactions team, specialising in cross-border M&A and corporate and commercial law advising clients in a diverse range of sectors but with a particular focus on energy, mining and infrastructure transactions and projects. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising industrial clients, specialist funds and sponsors on the acquisition, financing and execution of renewable energy projects and portfolios. He also advises several developers in the wind sector on all aspects of project development, such as the drafting and negotiation of PPA, TSAs, BoPs, TCMAs and agreements relating to shared infrastructure arrangements. Björn advises his clients in Finnish, Swedish, English and German.
