Antti Rintakoski

Practice Areas

Antti Rintakoski is head of HPP’s Banking & Finance team and specialises in the whole range of finance work including lender and borrower mandates, equity financing, growth finance, bonds, asset finance and voluntary restructuring. He has been particularly active in the real estate and renewable energy sectors helping to secure project finance for the construction of project assets and to finance the acquisition of operational assets.

In addition to his experience as an attorney-at-law, Antti has worked for a commercial Finnish bank and the European Investment Bank.
