Birgitte Frølund heads Hortens Litigation team and has in-depth experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including civil proceedings, arbitration and mediation. In recent years, Birgitte has handled mainly large, complex legal actions - often regarding international matters and agreements and often regarding financial or insolvency issues.

Birgitte also stands out within legally complex and regulatory disputes. She has many years’ experience and thorough knowledge of both business affairs and public authorities.
