Bindi as a senior partners handles the disputes practice in the firm. She specialises in corporate commercial litigation and arbitration matters, domestic and international. Bindi represents domestic and foreign funds and other clients in disputes regarding private equity investments, shareholder litigations, enforcement of security interest, recovery of debts including NCDs, FCCBs, OCBs, documentary credits, winding up proceedings, derivative actions, constitutional litigation, land/ real estate disputes, infrastructure disputes (including highway, toll, water augmentation), food safety disputes and partnership disputes. Apart from being an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court, Bindi regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Bindi also acts as an arbitrator in commercial arbitrations.
