Bhavin Gada is a Founding and Senior Partner of Stratage Law Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on investment transactions, M&A, dispute management and corporate dispute resolution.

He has advised clients in relation to, investments, M&A, establishment of funds, compliance matters, governance related advisory and regulatory issues. He also appears before various judicial forums.

Bhavin specializes in foreign exchange control regulations, securities exchange and general corporate laws. He is highly regarded by his clients and peers for his commercial acumen and identifying opportunities in resolving disputes. Bhavin has advised across a wide variety of sectors, including, real estate, pharma, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services.

Prior to Stratage, he has been a Partner with leading law firms in India.
