Betsy J. Lamm is a Partner at Cohen Dowd Quigley P.C. Betsy joined CDQ in 2008, following a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Chief Justice Ruth V. McGregor of the Arizona Supreme Court. Betsy has practiced at the firm her entire professional career. Betsy’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including appeals. Betsy routinely handles complex legal issues and litigation positions for clients in the private and public sector. Her cases have involved a wide spectrum of issues, ranging from breach of contract, defamation, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy and business disputes to Section 1983, Title IX and Title VII claims. Betsy has litigated cases in state and federal court. Betsy has handled oral argument on novel legal issues before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
