Beth Petronio is the managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office. She is a trusted advisor and counselor to a diverse group of clients, expertly guiding them through a variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Drawing from over 20 years of experience, Beth develops a deep understanding of a client’s priorities and crafts practical solutions that help mitigate business and litigation risk.
Beth counsels clients in complex business cases, technology and outsourcing litigation, business fraud, deal litigation, legal malpractice defense, and ethics and professional responsibility. She is a partner in the global Commercial Disputes practice group and acts as an assistant general counsel to the firm. Beth has practiced before federal, bankruptcy and state courts, as well as domestic and international arbitration tribunals. Beth also acts as an Assistant General Counsel for the firm.
