He has extensive expertise in international financial and securities transactions and particularly on IPOs, equity and equity-linked offerings. He has also handled several sovereign, high-yield and Yankee bonds transactions. He advises on both French and US law issues.
He also advises several issuers on their post-IPO obligations: disclosure, market abuse issues, corporate governance, and has developed a portfolio of biotech clients.
