Bernhard Berger has broad experience both as arbitrator and counsel in international commercial arbitration and litigation. He also regularly represents clients in arbitration-related state court proceedings (motions to set aside; enforcement of arbitral awards) and has acted as legal expert on matters of Swiss arbitration law in various arbitration and court proceedings (in Switzerland and abroad). Bernhard has authored numerous publications on matters of international commercial arbitration, civil procedure and commercial law, including the seminal treatise on "International and Domestic Arbitration in Switzerland" (3rd edition, 2015).
