Beat Brechbuehl is the managing partner of Kellerhals Carrard and heads the M&A team. He is based in Bern and Zurich and partner since 2003. He has broad experience in all types of M&A transactions, including PE/VC and capital markets. He also specializes in corporate governance questions. Beat Brechbühl is presently the chairman of AVAG Environmental AG and serves as board member in a number of companies. Beat is a lecturer for entrepreneurship at the University of Berne.
