Benoit Marpeau, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions. His practice also includes complex highly sensitive M&A transaction, including defensive work, in particular in the retail sector.

He has written several articles on these topics and he regularly gives lectures at universities in France and abroad.

Career

Benoit Marpeau practiced in a first-hand law firm in Paris and Tokyo of which he became Partner in 2013 before joining Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2015.

He is admitted to the Paris Bar and is a graduate of the University of Paris II (DESS in business and law and tax, Maîtrise in business law).

He is an expert at the Club des Juristes and a lecturer at Paris II and at Sciences Po.
