Thibault Reymond is recognized for his expertise in merger control and antitrust litigation in both French and European law. He recently operated in several major cases, notably in the pharmaceutical, agriculture & food and distribution sectors. He also acts before French courts in distribution law cases.

He was involved in 6 out of the 25 cases which, according to the Autorité de la concurrence, “changed our everyday life”.

Career

Thibault Reymond started his career at Rambaud Martel (now Orrick Rambaud Martel) in 2002 and is a partner at Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés since 2014.

He is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a degree from ESSEC Business school (2002) and a DEA in European law (University of Strasbourg, 2000).
