Merger Control & Antitrust/Competition:
Competition law has become a cornerstone in the strategy of companies. The firm has three partners dedicated to merger control and antitrust/competition issues, who are involved in major or legally challenging cases on a regular basis, acting before both the French Competition Authority and the European Union. The firm’s partners have a strong reputation in French and European merger control, for parties to the operation or on the contrary for third parties wishing to oppose a merger.
