Benjamine is a reputed employment specialist with particular focus on M&A transactions, outsourcing and restructuring projects Benjamine is a partner in our Employment Group based in Paris. Since April 2000 she has led the employment department in Paris and she is also Co-Head of our International Employment Group. Focusing on employment and social security law, she generally assists her clients in both individual and collective employment law matters, particularly restructuring operations and collective negotiations. Benjamine has also developed specific expertise in cross-border transactions and their effects on employees, including outsourcing, restructuring, union negotiations and compensation strategies. Benjamine appears regularly before civil and employment courts in France. She is the author of a number of articles on employment law, notably on the subject of information technology and regularly speaks at conferences.
